        I was welcome very warmly by the gentleman named Vladimir. He can see that I was stressed with the paperwork and calmed me down with his assured tone, and as he filled in each form, he explained what those are and how they tie to one another. I can see that he was very detailed in looking at my stock statements line by line, and when it was all done, he also proactively used a discount voucher for my overall expenses. Ill be back next year to see him.

        John Hitchcock has not showed up to our appointments and doesnt even let us know that he will be canceling. I have lost multiple PTO due to this and they do not seem to care. They also committed fraud on my brother a couple years ago. Do not file with them.
