    I've had the pleasure of dealing with Holt Homes New Construction across seven different locations, and I am compelled to share my extraordinary experience. As a substantial investor, it's not uncommon to be seen primarily as a source of revenue in the real estate world. However, my experience with Holt Homes was refreshingly different. From the outset, the team at Holt Homes extended a familial warmth that is rare in this industry. Their honesty, eloquence, and genuine approach made every interaction a delight. Despite my status as a wealthy investor, they treated me with a level of respect and kindness that made me feel like part of their family, rather than just a business transaction. One aspect that particularly stood out was their sincerity. In an industry where honesty is invaluable, Holt Homes' team consistently demonstrated integrity and transparency. They were well-spoken, answering all my queries with clarity and patience, which is crucial for someone investing in a foreign country. There's just one suggestion I'd like to make. For those of us who prefer cash transactions, a more streamlined explanation of the process would be beneficial. This minor improvement could enhance the already impressive service. In conclusion, Holt Homes has a unique way of making you feel at home, even in a foreign country. Their ability to blend professionalism with a personal touch is commendable.     Good neighborhood in a great school district. Construction is fast and not without some problems, but houses are warrantied and the designs are very good. Neighborhood emenities are way behind schedule being built though, building a significant lack of trust in the developer, Holt Development and Holt Homes. HOA management company Blue Mountain represents the developer, not the home owners, at this point in the development process and is unreasonable to deal with while also being slow and poor in communication. When they do on rare occasions communicate, they are typically heavy handed and inconsistent with home owners. Adendum: Two very positive developments here in the neighborhood. 1. The promised community building and pool is being built, well under way, and looks to be accurate to the design. 2. They fired the HOA management company And the new one is much more responsive in communication and consistent in comminicating expectations. One big concern is that when the 1st 3 phases were built nobody knew that there would be more than twice as many houses in the end and the size of the pool and the community building are pretty small for what will end up being the largest neighborhood in the Green Mountain subdivisions. Nearly 2/3 of the houses have yet to be built since the majority of the development is actually going to be up on the ridge. While it's not their fault that the city permitted such dense development up there, the one road down and the density of development and really hogging all the space instead of leaving some green space up there are big flaws in the overall plan in my opinion. It borders right on some beautiful forested county legacy land and school district forested land and yet doesn't really take advantage of it.
