The 2 man team that was sent out was professional, very competent and did a great job communicating with me on questions prior to the job starting. I was in a bind and these folks really helped out. I don't know what I would have done and am so grateful I could find help so quickly. Fast, friendly, and caring - meant a lot to me. One of my friends used them and he recommended I do as well. So I gave them a call told them what was up and next day Patrick came out to assess the situation. I thought they would for sure upsell me... but that didn't happen . All I needed was a heating element. He was quick efficient and best of all NO BS. Definitely give these guys a call. You're probably reading this because your water heater died. Just like ours. Did you go out to the garage like we did only to find a river of water heading out to the driveway? Yeah. Good times. GOOD TIMES. We requested quotes from three different places on Yelp. Patrick at Water Heater Doctor replied in under 10 minutes at 6pm on a Thursday with a clear quote that covered replacing the tank and a new expansion tank. Said they could be out next day between 9-11am. We waited a bit for other quotes. One came in and was a stupid expensive "we don't want your job" price. The other was similar but full of addons. Expansion tank? That'll cost ya. New pipes? That'll cost ya too. We went with Water Heater Doctor. They were amazing. Showed up on time. Replaced the heater. Discovered while doing the job we needed some new pipes (we had some galvanized pipes, who knew?!), new vent pipe, new shutoff valve, and new check valve. They didn't try and upcharge from the quote! They just did the work that needed to be done for the price they originally said. Oh, and they installed a hand-me-down recirculating pump to replace the one we had that'd been broken for years... and didn't upcharge from the original quote! Amazing. 5 stars. Would recommend. Water Heater Doctor was Recommended to my family and I by a family friend! . I Decided to give them call and I'm so glad I did! We needed to have our hot water heater Repaired. There's nothing worst then having a hot water heater go out in the middle of winter let alone during some of the coldest days that we've had this year in Seattle. They showed up on time and we're very respectful of our home and showed us exactly what had happened and what was needed to repair the hot water heater. HONESTLY they made everything a breeze and I couldn't thank them enough!! If you need a your hot water heater repaired or serviced Water Heater Doctor is this the place to go!! Thanks again you guys!! Everyone was so nice and respectful.
