The Timbers at Issaquah Ridge Apartments

The Timbers is a great place to live, love the location and the management team. They are always going above and beyond to make residents happy. The maintenance team makes sure the community looks great and service requests are handled in a timely manner. Thank you for all you do for your residents.

UPDATED: I wrote the last review too soon. Here's an update after living here for 9 months: Maintenance is perpetually short-staffed. It's been the same since before I came. Urgent requests are handled at priority, but you're also at their mercy to decide if your request is urgent. In my case, they closed the work order even though the maintenance work was done partially, thereby making a manageable situation completely unmanageable. On bringing this to their notice, I was told that it did not meet their criteria of urgency.

The Timbers has been a phenomenal place to live the last 6 months. It's tucked away in a quiet area in a beautiful part of town. It's very relaxing to come home after long days at work and relax to views of mountains. I worked with Alexia to secure an apartment and her customer service is above and beyond. When Alexia is unavailable, Thaddeus steps in and has been incredibly helpful as well. They make a great team in the front office of The Timbers. I highly recommend checking out this property.

Two stars because we did get good natural light, protection from the elements, and a front door that locked but honestly this was the last nail in the coffin for me and my disdain for property management groups and apartment complexes that dont care about their residents needs. Vehicle theft/vandalism has occurred on multiple occasions from this property (which is obviously not their fault) but they consistently refused to be helpful to me in any way after my truck was stolen directly from the parking lot. Old/faulty/gross kitchen appliances that broke. Refrigerator broke and it took them two weeks to address it. Passive aggressive attitudes at times from office staff and certain maintenance staff. They often close the office early which prevents you from picking up packages that they hold. Dont let the happy replies to the 5-star ratings fool you if youre looking for a cooperative/helpful leasing office. Overall unfortunate experience for us and we ended our lease early and are so happy with our decision.
