Wish I could give this bank 0 stars. Worst bank to work with completely. They are unhelpful they don't know what they're talking about. I've had Accounts at global visa and HAPO all significantly better. I was late making my car payment and they locked my bank account which made it to where I couldn't deposit funds into my bank account in order to make the payment. I am unavailable during the work day during banking hours to make my payment and that is the only way that they can accept the payment. They do not offer any kind of automatic payment with another debit card either you have to call in and speak to a representative that's if they're available because I went in personally to make my payment and they told me that everybody who handles payments was unavailable and in a meeting.

Great team at this location. They helped me refinance my motorcycle and they made it so easy and quick that we had to transfer all of our accounts over to Numerica. Dont bank anywhere else!
