        We booked a room at this hotel, weve stayed at this hotel several time but this last time, is our last time. We woke at 7 am with the intention of showering and hitting the road early, shower is broken and water is dribbling out; at check out at 8 am, my husband says something to the front deskthey state they need to speak to management and cannot offer any discounts for the inability to shower.the managers response in writing at 16:15 is that they would not provide any additional discounts since they were not given a chance or time for them to remedy a fix.terrible service.disrespectful treatment for repeat customers.will not recommend this hotel to anyone..will not stay here anymore .
