        I am only giving a three star rating because Cody, the plumber who came out, was personable, professional, and conscientious. However, the company itself really deserves 1 star because the price they charged for simply thawing my pipes was outrageous to say the least. Yes, it was a weekend and I was glad to pay the extra charge for that, but the base cost was ludicrous.
