        If I can share a picture of where this restroom was placed.. just picture your walking into a party and the first thing you see is a toilet and someone says to the guest walking in stay away from the salsa

        Francisco was great to work with. He not only made time to add a riser to one of my tanks, but told me that there was no filter and then helped me add the filter. He was pleasant and conscientious. He even knew who to call to repair my septic pump issues. An experience that is not an optimal situation, but I felt blessed he and Ace took the time to care!! Service: Sewer repair

        After dealing with a terrible business who offers a similar service to Ace it was hard to trust the job would get done right. Their employee Alex was concerned with our septic situation and squeezed us in that very day for service. Very professional from the beginning to the end would recommend this business to anyone in town!

      Hi Julio, Thank you for taking the time to leave us review. Your feedback is important to us, as we rely on hearing from our customers to ensure we’re providing the best customer service. As you shared in your review, we were not able to fulfill your desire of placement of the unit. Several things to consider: Standard in the industry for unit placement is 10-15 ft max from the street, which is what our driver was directed to do when he was not able to reach you by phone. The unit was placed, per the photo you sent us, on the grass to the left side of the front driveway approx 15 ft from street. Your additional request to have it placed in the gravel area to left of home was denied, as per company policy disallows our 15,ooo lb commercial trucks from driving across grass, which is where you requested to have it placed, per the 2nd photo you sent us. We cant take a risk on damaging your property/lawn/sprinklers etc. On behalf of Ace Portable Toilets, I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. However, we feel we made things right by following through with your request of having the unit picked up and issuing a full refund.
