        Last year we worked for months with BR from Seddon Marketing to purchase our dream home and the house was sold by another person in their office to a different couple. We thought we were in good hands as at the time the houses were just breaking ground and we were told the builders had not established prices yet and they would let us know. We were devastated and shocked when someone different from the office took a offer to the builder and they accepted. BR not once suggested this or let us know this was even possible. We learnt a valuable lesson to have our own agent in the future and to make an offer on a place regardless what any agent says to see if seller will accept it. This was a very unfavorable experience for us.
