This building is not luxury. All the appliances are outdated and old. Non-responsive management. They also have unnecessary excessive rounds of leaf blowing at 7am Mon, Wed, Fri!!!

Updated review: Move in and move out process was smooth. No exorbitant charges upon move out and no issues. Leasing team is awesome! Only minor complaints are: The appliances (in my unit at least) were cheap. Te rooftop deck was closed the entire time. And a small community gym.

My wife and I have lived here 5 of the last 7 years. The only bad thing I could say about this place is sometimes the dumpsters overflow. That's it. Everything else is solid. They keep the place clean, safe, and well maintained. When we put in a maintenance call they respond quickly and thoroughly. We've lived in 5 different apartments in 10 years and the staff here is the most personable and helpful we've experienced. Thanks to Jermaine, Paul, and Greg for making this place too good to leave!
