        if you are a homeowner in Vancouver erea, be careful with this company, our property manager is Myrya: 1. property manager said they don't allow homeowner do repair or buy new appliances if fix them under $500, even you tell her before i want to buy a new one instead of fix the old one, they just fix it then deduct from your rent and their price is much higher than the market price 2. you can't change the property manager even if you're unhappy with her service (unprofessional, poor communication and dishonest) 3.check the reviews at yelp or BBB first, they have very bad reviews on both of them.

        As a tenant that was already In a place when mynd took over the last year out of my 4 years of rental, the move out process was very strange since everything is done virtually and I was not used to anything like this, however it was quite a smooth process and I got all of my deposit back! but I am the best tenant you could ask for, the place was left immaculate and I even had the carpets professionally cleaned... However trying to use them for a reference for my new place has been challenging... No one directly answers the phone since they are not located here and difficult to get a hold of.

        They dont give you time to place your hold payment after approval. I lost the opportunity to have a great location secured while on the phone to place the payment.
