        Unhelpful and Unresponsive Experience with Jenny at Seattle Chamber of Commerce. I had the misfortune of dealing with Jenny at the Seattle Chamber of Commerce, and it was a complete disappointment. She was dismissive and uninterested in helping me with my questions and concerns. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, she failed to follow through on her responses and ignored my calls. Her lack of professionalism and customer service skills is appalling. Unfortunately, my experience with Jenny reflects poorly on the entire organization. Unless you want to be met with apathy and disregard, I would avoid dealing with Jenny at all costs. The staff seemed disorganized and unresponsive to clients needs. For a chamber that touts itself as a champion of the local business community, I expected much more. Unfortunately, I would not recommend wasting your time or money on this organization.
