Edit: Updating from 2 stars to 4. Since my last appointment, I had two additional ones that were not rescheduled. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. I've had 3 appointments at this office during the last couple of months and they called to reschedule every single one of them within 24 hours of the appointment time... Each time they offered another appointment that's 2+ weeks later. Extremely frustrating. If you're looking to get quick and reliable dental service, I reccommend you look elsewhere.

I appreciate the nice people at the Capitol Hill facility. I just recently had a bill come that was incorrect that really scared me. I have a fixed income and any big changes to my stability are upsetting. I have been thru hell all throughout my life so it just puts me in panic mode again when the apple cart is rocked. Trying to keep safe in my life has been hard and on going. With the economy and inflation and instability going on in the country every little thing feels gigantic these days. It took a little time and stress but Jonathan had my back. He discovered the problem and immediately allayed my fears and went over what had happened. Thank you for saving my sanity critter. It is refreshing and reassuring that there are still honorable people to rely on. I have always been partial to the kindness of strangers. Lol
