H. Michael Finesilver

Hank Finesilver is a terrible attorney. I hired him because he promised to help me settle my divorce. But he did not do that. He just wanted to go to trial. He also Forgot about our court date (which was just to set a trial date), until I called him from the courtroom. He was over 90 minutes late for court. This attorney blew through my five thousand retainer fee in no time. And he produced nothing for my retainer fee (I was so poor I had to put the five thousand dollar retainer on my credit card) no brief or legal writing just a thief, completely terrible person. I was pro se for a bit then found a wonderful new attorney and we settled the case reasonably. This Finesilver man just out and out stole the retainer while I was in so much pain.

We tried to contact this Lawyer, Hank Finesilver, for a consultation several times. The first attempt, the receptionist transferred our call to the assistant who is in charge of setting up the appointments. Never heard back from their office. Tried to call once again, and their office said that they would get back to us, and they never did. I am really disappointed because Hank Finesilver, was a referral through one of their colleagues, that was the main reason that we keep insisting on getting a consultation with him. If they were too busy to take another case, I would have preferred for them to inform me of that, instead of just leaving me waiting for their call. I tried to call them back in January 2016, and still have not heard from them.
