Terrible experience. Not only was the service incredibly slow & rude but the lady that handled my title put down the wrong lienholder. I gave her the paperwork regarding the correct lienholder and she still messed it up. Now the issue falls on me to resolve in terms of both $ and time. I highly advise against this location.

Renewed my tabs a month ago and never received them in the mail. I've emailed them several times and I've called them several times. I literally called them this morning 5 times in a row and no one picked up. They do not respond to phone calls or emails and despite having a voice mail box which is almost always full, even if you do end up getting the chance to leave a message for a return call, they do not return your calls. Tell me, what is the point of having an email address and a phone number if no one actually responds?

I renewed my tabs here. I never received them and have tried calling over and over but no one picks up and in inbox is full.

Dont come here if you need anything other than picking up Tabs, Every time I come here its like rolling the dice and I regret it, just go to the official DOL offices downtown.
