Visionworks Northgate North

Visionworks is an amazing place. It was my first time there and they took great care of me and my eyes. I loved how even though my appointment was not till 5:15pm I asked to come in earlier and they were able to fit me in without a long wait. Definitely recommend Visionworks! Also very affordable!

Easiest eye exam ever. The front desk folks told me straight up what the exam would cost me (as opposed to my last exam when they couldnt even give me an estimate until after the exam). I waited zero minutes to be brought to the back for the first part (NO DILATION!! We love a fancy machine) and then only 2 minutes for the doc to come out and get me. Super nice, the whole exam was so quick and easy and then I was putting in trial contact lenses and tapping my debit card. They also pre-scheduled next years eye exam (which obv I can change if I need to, but I thought this was super helpful). 1000 stars, highly recommend.

Scheduled an eye exam which was very easy to do online, if you, like me, hate making phone calls. I was immediately greeted when I came into the store and very quickly was checked in and told what the process would be. The young woman, named Constance I believe, was super sweet and friendly, and made me very comfortable. The young man who did the pre-exam stuff was very informative about what the tests were going to check for. And finally the doctor was very tuned into what I was saying and explained the results very clearly. Highly recommend if you are looking for a friendly, low key, professional yet warm atmosphere
