Matt and Stephanie are the perfect duo! They are very knowledgeable about the Seattle housing market and really helped us through the process of buying our first home. They were always available to show us homes and answer our many questions along the way. How do you know you made a great decision about a realtor? When youd choose the same ones when given another chance. Matt and Stephanie Sanford did an amazing job selling our house in Seattle in 2021 and when life brought us back to Seattle in 2023, they were the only realtors we even considered calling. Even when we were just thinking about coming back to Seattle, Matt and Steph were generous with their time and helped us think through timing, budget, locations, schools and much more. When we decided to make a last-minute trip to Seattle, Matt and Steph hosted us for a multi-day home search where they were super-organized and, more importantly, perfect sounding boards to help us think through our decision. They helped us negotiate a great price with a fast closing and lined up painters, cleaners and carpet folks so our home was move-in ready in just a few weeks. Just like when selling our home, they went above and beyond in every step of the process. Now weve seen what this powerhouse couple can do as both listing agents and buying agents and again would unequivocally recommend them to anyone needing either type of service.

My wife and I just purchased our very first home and we could not have done it without Matt and Stephanie Stanford. Their knowledge, kindness, and patience made the the overwhelming process of buying a home feel actually attainable. Matts experience as a contractor was invaluable, he pointed out things when touring houses we never wouldve considered, and carefully walked us through the inspection report so we knew what we were buying. Stephanies eye for design helped us envision the potential in the houses we toured, and when we were feeling discouraged she gave us a much-needed pep talk about not settling for anything less than perfect. They spent time getting to know us so they could understand our wants and needs; were always available when we had questions or concerns; and gave us the personalized attention that made us feel like we were their only clients. And though we are sad that we no longer get to spend time with them, we are so excited for the new life that they helped us find. I genuinely cannot say enough nice things about them, we would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Matt and Steph from the bottom of our hearts!

Matt and Stephanie are absolutely fantastic! We have bought and sold several houses, but Matt & Stephanie set a new high bar for dedication and professionalism. We handed them the keys upon moving out and two weeks later the house was on the market with a new yard, interior updates, great staging, and a fantastic set of photos and videos. Not only did they do everything they promised, but they went above-and-beyond to make sure that the house was in optimal selling condition. Matts background as a contractor came in very handy. Two days after listing, Matt & Stephanie worked late into Saturday night to finalize an offer at 10% over asking! Im sure that Matt and Stephanie dealt with a lot of headaches along the way, but from our perspective, selling the house could not possibly have gone smoother. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. I give them my strongest possible recommendation.

We were referred to work with Matt and Stephanie through family who had previously worked with them. As first-time buyers, we were particularly nervous about how stressful the overall experience would be and finding the right realtor who can walk us through every step of the process. From the very first conversation we had with Matt and Stephanie, we knew we wanted to work with them. They were readily available to hop on calls and answer all of our questions. When it was time to tour houses, they had a very thoughtful line-up of houses that helped us gain clarity on what we were actually looking for in a home (which were convinced that they knew what we wanted before we did, since we ended up purchasing the first house we toured).
