        Helpful staff, some hiccups once with my entry codes disappearing. Otherwise easy access and parking.

        Poor management from start to finish. I originally had a discount locked in from one agent but when I went to book a few days later, a different agent had no idea what I was talking about. Ive had multiple door code issues during my lease as well. Completely threw my plans for the day out of schedule. They also fail to answer calls. On the bright side, its pretty safe and secure.

        Very rude staff. As soon as I stepped out of my car a woman yelled you cant park there for the gym! She didnt even inquire whether I was coming into the storage facility. Id rather take my money elsewhere.
