We had our concrete poured in December of 21 and paid well over $10,000 for it. In September we noticed spots and actually had already written a YELP review with pictures, but they have been removed. So, I will upload the pictures once I get my cell phone pictures uploaded. We contacted Jessica in September and told that we needed to have a resolution as there are many spots and discolorations on our driveway. She blamed it on Kirk of Stanwood Redi-Mix and so he came and put a solution on our driveway and IT MADE IT WORSE! We have attempted to contact both Kirk and Jessica over resolution and we have reached an impasse so I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

We hired Manu and his crew to rebuild our fence, make a new concrete walkway in our backyard, and dig a gigantic hole for a rain garden installation in our front yard. They were always on time, professional, and super friendly. They did an EXCELLENT job on everything and I cant recommend them enough! We will definitely have them back for any work we need done and JMS Construction will always be the company I recommend to friends and family who are in need of professional contractors. Thank you so much!!!!

I would highly recommend JMS Concrete & Construction. We have a large pole barn garage with two bays that previously had only gravel in it. The barn was built to include a concrete slab but this had not been completed when we bought the house. So, there was a large gap at the bottom allowing rodents to make our garage their home. JMS poured a concrete floor in the garage which eliminated the gap and making it a lot easier to use . The JMS crew was very friendly and professional. Also, Jessica and Manu were very easy to work with. And, Jessica was extremely responsive - responding to my questions over email or text typically in just a few minutes. I really appreciate this level of responsiveness which I have not experienced from other contractors. Also, Manu and his crew did a tremendous job. I would use them again. In fact, I am. I have another project that involves concrete and JMS was who I called for this project based on my positive experience with them.
