I moved out of state and Nest Moving crew took awesome care of our items. The moving crew was professional, well trained, friendly, efficient, and most importantly took all steps necessary to wrap, protect, and deliver our furniture. You guys rock!!!

The two men that came to move me were very professional and helpful. They took exceptional care of my possessions and willing took on any special requests. I would highly recommend them. The business end was a little confusing but worked out in the end. It would have been nice to know ahead of time how payment was going to work and the accepted methods of payment.

I am not really impressed on how long it took to load my items at the pick up site. The two gentlemen that showed up were not focused on moving with a purpose. They arrived around 8 am. I had already moved most of the small items. I could understand by the way they talk in thier own language they where arguing. After watching them taking thier time wrapping everything. Three hours later around 1100hrs. They were finely get close to the end. I had already told Elvis that the big tapestry in the main bedroom had to go on the moving truck. When I noticed the two gentlemen were getting ready to leave. I walked through the house to make sure everything was on the moving truck. Hanging on the wall in the main bedroom was the big tapestry. I removed the tapestry and walked to the front door. Set it up against the wall by the front room. I noticed the two gentlemen had taken everything from the back patio except a empty planter box. Again I grabbed the empty planter box took it to the front room. The other gentlemen went to get a dolly to move the empty planter box. Which approximately weight 35 lbs. Walking through locking up noticed my trash can. Had to hand the trash can to Elvis. I am still confused on how I lock up, stopped twice on the way to Lacey and still arrive 15 minutes before they arrived. Almost one hour after I saw them in University Place. When it was time to get my receipt Elvis was not able to take the 3 wardrobe boxes off. I really not sure how a company can charge for a $150.00 T.V. box that the mover take with them when they leave. Not happy with the service I received. The only reason we got loaded around 1100hrs is because the two gentlemen had gotten hungry. Reason I know is because they ask me if they could stop on the way to eat.
