I needed to get a new ID Card,So After getting a Voucher from DSHS I came here and was immediately greeted by the Security Guard And employees,I was given a Number and a few minutes later My number was Called and My Picture Was Taken. Was there a total of maybe 6minutes. This was the easiest fastest experience I've ever had at the DOL ,the place was also clean and organized,and the environment was friendly and spacious..

This was one of the best licensing appointments I've ever had. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by two gentlemen at check-in that were polite, welcomed me, and gave me a number to wait until a desk was available. I waited maybe two minutes and my number was announced on the large screens right in front of me. I made my way to the counter and the gentleman that helped me was friendly, efficient, and made small talk to help things move along quickly. I handed him the necessary documents, was asked a few questions, and I was on my way within 10 minutes! Great service, helpful staff, and a clean/welcoming location!
