Had a 5:00 dye appointment in the salon. Left work early to get here. Walked in at 5:06 and the salon worker was in the middle of another dye job. Told me I was late so I'd have to wait until 5:30 instead of just telling me her last appointment went long. Drove across town for the appointment. I left, won't be back.

I just went here yesterday to get a foundation color match. I was extremely pleased and grateful to their employee SHELBY. She is so skilled, knowledgeable, and kind! She went to beauty school and with just looking at me she already knew the range and found the foundation color that matched me perfectly! .. i have no words with how astounding Shelby is, she went above and beyond. I hope she goes far not just in ulta but in her career. I am grateful as I have had a hard time finding the right color for me. This ulta branch is extremely lucky to have someone like her. Thank you again Shelby!

Ive been fine with Ulta until today, so me and my aunt were at the sunscreen section around 4pm today and this employee was on her phone so I wave at her to see if she could help check an item to see if its available in the back. She ignored me or maybe she didnt see me waving. As she was trying to walk away, my aunt called her so she do her thing how can I help, let me look in the back she proceed to still be on her phone walking to the back and not even 5 min later I saw her walking out she sees me looking at her and she ignored. And then me and my aunt waiting for another few min and we decided to just go, once again me and her crossed path, I guess she was planning to walk up to the front of store but when she saw me she turned around and walk away. Im fine with her being on her phone and such but at least come back to us and say yeah we dont have that item or something you cant just try to do your job and then completely ignored us. Ulta, if youre reading this and wanted proof, check your camera today around 4ish at the sunscreen section. Im not lying!
