Awesome experience, nice friendly, professional, people, beautiful building and rooms. The restraint and bar are exceptional. I love this place. I will be back for sure.

Nicely run Marriott, except they ran out of washcloths. The TV guide was off by 2 hours, not allowing you to see what was currently on tv. They couldnt fix it, although they tried, broke our tv, moved us to another room, and that had the same problem. The rooms are noisy, with an adjoining convention centerthe cheerleading conference went until 1am with a lot of base, and kept us up. We also heard our neighbors tv. The parking lot is crazy tight parking spaces. Rooms: Noisy Noteworthy details: Adjoining conference center, if noisy, your room can hear it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Beautiful rooms. The beds were sooooo comfortable. Fast room service and exceptional staff! Special shout out to Jennifer and Valerie! They both went above and beyond to ensure our stay was welcome and that they enjoyed ensuring giving great service was their top priority. We will definitely be staying at this location if ever back in tacoma again

Everything we to be as expected except the coffee in room was only decaf and the lids for the cups were lids for smaller cups so they didn't fit. Nearby activities: Children's museum
