I am so glad I went into WHBM when Diane and Linda were working. It was my first time shopping at WHBM. They both were genuinely warm and welcoming to me. I was in need of a new wardrobe and I was also looking for clothes to wear for a family photo shoot. Diane was so attentive and helpful to me. She checked-in on me often, brought clothes for me to try on, and gave me style suggestions. I was in there a while and tried on a lot of stuff and apologized for all the cleanup she'd be doing (folding, hanging clothes, putting them back). She took everything in stride and had a great, positive attitude. So, instead of buying one or two outfits, I walked out with eight

This company does not stand up for the quality of their garments, I purchased a spring dress for 170.00 in January and just now got to wear it for the first time... the seam came apart and I was told no exceptions it's been over 60 days so there is nothing we are willing to do for you. I have spent more than a thousand dollars in this store over the last 3 months, no more . Too bad it won't give you an option for a negative star rating.
