Had two natural gas furnaces installed in a big house. I liked the way they did quotes and were easy to work with to customize the quotes so I got what I wanted on the quote. Install process was professional and the guys were easy to work with. I spent a lot of time getting quotes and checking on contractors and I think NW HVAC is a very good choice. I will use them again for sure.

My wife requested a quote from this company. When the technician arrived he informed us that he would need to charge to perform a diagnostic. The amount was not disclosed in advance by the CSR who scheduled the service or the technician present. My wife was politely agreeable. We paid more than $300 to find out that our AC needs to be replaced, which we already knew. We did not debate the charge; we paid it. Steve called us back to schedule a time to provide us a quote. I explained that it would have been preferable for his staff to explain a "quote" versus a "diagnostic" when they scheduled the service, because we only needed a quote. He was defensive and unreceptive to feedback (despite my agreeability to pay and move forward with an appointment to receive a quote). When I explained that if the service requires a charge, an email confirming that detail in advance would be preferable. He was increasingly insistent to defend his company and said, "If a hundred people can understand but one person cannot, it isn't our fault." I explained that because of their lack of professionalism, failure to manage expectations, and for subsequently insulting my wife, we would not be moving forward with their services.

I had such a great experience with NW HVAC. My heater stopped working after the snow storm last month and I contacted many companies to try and get quotes. Through word of mouth I was told to contact NW HVAC. The owner Steve came out the next day and checked out my furnace and heat pump. Turned out I needed a new furnace and heat pump. He came prepared with a few proposals on the pricing and sat down with me to go through each one. It was really helpful in making my decision on which proposal to go with. I was really pleased with the financing process as this was a big expense for me. The technicians came out a couple weeks later and got the job done in basically a day and a half! They were fast yet did the job very well done. They both were attentive and answered any questions I had. Steve made sure to check in with me as well. This whole process from start to finish ended up being super easy for me and I am very pleased with the entire work from NW HVAC. I highly recommend! Thank you Steve and crew!!!

Weve been using NW HVAC for years now and we love them so much we have a service subscription with them. Theyve flawlessly replaced two HVAC systems for us along with all the ducting (we have a huge house so we have two). They do bi-annual maintenance on both units. They also work on our propane shop heater. They are responsive, have reasonable pricing, and are always 100% accountable to their work. We are always so grateful to have found them. Its hard to find companies that work like this these days. They focus on their relationship with us. They dont treat us like a transaction. If youre wondering if you should call them, just do it. Its taken us years to get around to writing this review, but its well deserved. Theyve proven themselves to us again and again.
