This particular location continues to rub me the wrong way. My most recent interaction was me asking a dumb question and the teller was condescending and repeated my question making it clear it was dumb to have asked instead of just saying no unfortunately thats not an option and I just walked away realizing that it was a pretty obvious answer. Regardless we are people too and we tend to ask mindless questions sometimes especially when issues regarding personal finances are a little hectic and worrisome.

I have been with this financial institute for more than 20 years back when it was known as Lacamas Credit Union I have had 4 auto loans with this Credit Union with no late payments and no defaults on the loans. I am a full time Uber/Lyft driver and make real decent money as an independent contractor... I recently tried to get preapproved for a auto loan for a brand new vehicle for the afore mentioned Uber/Lyft Business and was denied based on my last 3 years tax returns... I also provided my last 3 years of profit loss statements and they have my paycheck info from both Uber and Lyft and they still did not approve me for an Auto loan.... I guess the old way of doing banking is out the door... I was always under the impression that if you establish good credit with a bank they would lend you money on your next purchase I guess this bank I mean credit union is not the same.... I also had a conversation with a loan officer who told me that the credit union just made policy that they would not extend any loans for vehicles to Uber/Lyft drivers... So now I am being black listed for my occupation by this Credit Union how sad cooperate America has become... If I were you I would take my serious banking elsewhere Vincent
