Had it scheduled for a day and time that worked with my schedule.... They showed up 29 hours late making me miss work cuz if not I was told they were just going to break in and my dog might have bit them. Left a hole in my ceiling, made a mess he didn't clean, and broke my broom. Absolutely the WORSE plumbers I have had the unpleasantry of having to have in my home. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

The most kind and professional workmanship I've had done.  I don't make a lot of money but was told its better to have it done right and was told Joe @ Saddlerock Plumbing.  Was worth every penny he also gave me advice on future updates to my home and was so honest about this being worth it or that not being worth it.  Just a good honest local small business plumber with the resources of a larger company as well as the tools and knowledge.  Someone I would trust to do work on my grandmas house without having to look at the quote and everything.  Very kind professional and explained everything.  I will not use anyone but saddlerock plumbing from now on I have used them several times and he goes above and beyond!

In addition to a whole house rough in Saddlerock installed a frost free hose bib. There was not enough slope for it to drain properly. No hose connected, no attachments. It was properly winterized, this should not have happened. Of course this is my word against theirs, but they failed to respond to messages sent about this problem. I did attempt to contact the business through text message. Just feedback. Cant prove it either way. Just a heads up to make sure its sloped down the right way so in the future there is no water in the hose bib to freeze. Pay close attention to details when using Saddlerock Plumbing.
