        We purchases our Beneteau Antares 7 at Rock Harbor in Woodinville with the help of salesman Brock and while there were some setbacks- we could not be happier with our purchase. It was a rocky start- but thankfully Brock was able to work out all the kinks and get things fixed and taken care of us and turned a not so great situation into a good situation. Brock seriously is one of the best salesman I have had the pleasure of working with. He was able to get the information we needed on 3 boats we were looking at, get us details on them and was not pushy or aggressive on selling us anything. He took care of us to the very end and I was very appreciative of his attentativeness towards his clients. He gets the job done and does it with a smile. It is hard to find that kind of customer service today- so it is greatly appreciated. We look forward to doing business again in the near future with Brock.

        My wife and I were in the market for a pontoon boat and landed at Rock Harbor. Craig showed us the boat we thought we wanted but after hearing us out advised us in the direction of Avalon brand. We couldn't be happier with the boat and Craig's service. Craig estimated the time to get the boat and hit it right on. The motor got delayed but Craig found a way to get another one. After the boat was ready Craig took the time to be sure we were good to go and comfortable with the boat. Thanks Craig for going the extra mile. Happy customers Bob & Chat

        Do your research and analyze the prices everywhere in US before going to talk to these guys. They are just throwing prices trying to get someone to bite while other dealers across the country sell the same boats with at least 10-15% less than these guys. Extremely rude and they lack any integrity. This is one of the shadiest business I almost dealt with before doing my research.
