Very nice place. Check-in was pleasant the room were clean. Overall great place to stay.

Got bed bugs from this place. Called to let them know, and ask if we could get some compensation and Sarah the manager didnt help whatsoever. I was sick the whole weekend I was there so I stayed in bed the entire weekend. Little did I know I was getting eaten up by bed bugs. Absolutely disgusting, and when we called to let them know, they said we were incorrect and there is no bed bugs. However, make sure to take a look at the 17 different reviews left on google reviews aside from mine, and then decide if they have bed bugs or not. Not only that, but look at the other reviews aside from Mine complaining about Sarah NOT DOING ANYTHING to help customer complaints. There are plenty of other hotels in the area, and I would suggest checking them out instead.

I have stayed here maybe 4 times in the last 2 years. I did not have any issues until my last stay, where I checked in on 2/16/24. I had booked a suite because we were traveling with 5 persons, and the room was not clean upon my arrival. The beds were not made, trash was not taken, towels on the floor and bathroom not cleaned. My wife and I cleaned our own room and made the beds with sheets I got from the office. The desk person was as helpful as they could be. I had the desk person call the manager. I understand that things can happen if you are short staffed. I was tired and just needed to sleep. The part that annoyed me the most was that the manager (Sarah) did not even try to make things right for us in any way. I feel that she should have reduced my price or something at the very least.
