        Amazing variety of hobby stuff. RC, models, puzzles, board games, trains, planes, you name it. I'm sure I've missed 27 other hobby items in there. People were friendly and helpful.

      The Hobbies Shop

      The Hobbies Shop, located in Historic Downtown Charles town,  is a Family, Woman, and Veteran owned and operated business.  Walking into our shop gives our customers both young and old a chance to relive a previous time.  We never get tired of hearing people recite the stories of when they were young, and their local hobby store.  How the memories of wooden airplanes, plastic models, and model rockets inspire them to take their children and grandchildren out to have the same experiences. The Hobby Store has always been a focal point for families to plan and take part in multi-generational activities which are not just FUN but educational also.  This outlook on what a hobby store is, and should be is one of our reasons for owning a hobby store and behind how we stock our hobby store.
