Walgreens

Customer service is horrible. Insurance refused to pay for a medicine Ive been on three years and all Walgreens did was call leave an automated voicemail saying there was issue. I call and was told they do nothing with it I needed to call my Dr. The next day I do that. Walgreens calls leaves a message medicine is ready. It was the old prescription they filled! I left them a few years ago and came back because of PEIA, Ill be looking at another pharmacy. I had issues with them taking forever to fill meds before. AVOID them as they are not compassionate and have horrible customer service.

My name is Marilyn P. on 12/1/2022, I was at Walgreen @ 101 Goff mountain rd., Cross Lanes w.v. 25313. I was advised by the pharmaceutical personnel that they have been feverishly attempting to get a much needed medication for their type 2 diabetic customers ; OZEMPIC and referred me to another pharmacy, needless to say that personnel couldn't carry out the necessary nor professional assistance, so I advised Walgreen pharmacist and their competent caring and professional assessments they found the medication quickly and made sure to follow-up, I got the OZEMPIC! They should be commended for the compassion shown....a very satisfying experience!

The pharmacist are very nice but they take for ever to get your medicine ready. i been waiting for my medicine for a week and still waiting. I don't think ill ever get my stuff here again.

After being on hold for 1/2 hour finally someone answered No Apologies! I asked why they kept calling me yet left no messages? No reason that made any since they said I had no prescription on file, they had to call doctor and I am sitting there holding my prescription with 2 refills. Go figure!! They are short handed on staff and I wonder how soon will there be a huge mistake on someone medicine
