I really really appreciate the immediate response on the phone, dealing with a real human (rather that wasting 3 hours & multiple calls trying to get through to other companies). Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the person I dealt with on the phone, but she was helpful, friendly, a problem-solver, & promised a technician would be out the very next day.
Frank (the technician)was on time, knowledgeable, & efficient.
I now have both a working dishwasher and my oven is working again.
While having to have major appliances repaired is never fun, this team made it as painless as possible.
