Hello Mr Darr, I am sorry if my install team left any of the packaging tape on the refrigerator when they left. The appliance is to be left unpacked and clean so I will address that with my entire installation department. As for the dishwasher, we do hook up the waterline, turn it on to check for any possible leaks, and then turn it off when we leave. My policy in a new home is to make sure we do not leave the water on when the home is unoccupied to prevent any possible small drip from turning into a flood of water. I only have 1 technician so we book service calls as we have availability so we schedule you with a date and as my tech completes service calls, we call our customers to move jobs forward. You scheduled your service call with us Friday 3/8 in the afternoon and my team gave you a date of the 20th based on availability. We then called you Monday 3/11 to check your washer and you had another service provider (maybe the internet company) was there working so we kept your original appointment. My service team will more than likely call you again as we get jobs done to move your call forward in an effort to check your washer. I am sorry for any misunderstandings in this process as well as my policy on leaving water lines on within unoccupied homes.
