When it seems like you can't get professional and/or competant service anymore, Dr Travis stepped up, going above and beyond, to get Sabastian back online and cleaning our pool.         I had asked for some help installing a light in my pool. They say no cause i did not buy the light from them. Its the same light fixture in the pool now, it just needs to be pulled through and hooked back up. Sorry but they just lost my business. Time to go else where

        I had Flohr install our pool over two years ago. Through that time, Ive needed support to continue to maintain the pool and to ask an absurd amount of questions. Travis has been incredibly patient and always points me in the right direction for pool maintenance and help. I highly recommend going with Flohr Pools for installation and helpfulness in getting the right products. I never feel like Im being sold; they want you to have a great pool experience. That, to me is priceless.
