        Closed my account today because the reason I had it was for ATM access. The last 4 times Ive been there is has been down and I only use the ATM a few times a year.

        I dont personally dont have an account with City National Bank but the place that i work for uses them so thats where i get my pay checks cashed and the tellers are the nicest people they know me by name and they dont charge a fee to cash their own checks unlike BB&T who charges an $8 fee to cash one of their own checks if you dont have an account with them!

        I love having my business account with City. Their mobile app is easy to navigate, and everything about your account is transparent and laid out to you in a way that's easily understood. They are willing to work with you in dealing with fraudulent issues that may arise and are eager to assist in a number of ways. The employees at the drive-thru are consistent in their work and exemplary in their customer service. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone in the Kanawha Valley. You won't be disappointed. The atm cash/check deposit option is a dream come true for those of us who work during the evening hours. All-around A+ service!!
