        The service tech could not repair my refrigerator. He could not order any of the parts because they do not make them anymore. He told sears and they told him to order them anyway . He told me if he did it the order would sit for three months.im going the call sears tomorrow and see what they have to say. Not real happy with them so far

        After 6 weeks the Tech arrived to change a part they ordered and left without verifying the dishwasher was fixed. My dishwasher was not fixed and I had to call them back to repair it. Who installs a new part and then doesnt check to see if it fixed the problem? Sears service has fallen to rock bottom and seems to survive strictly by name recognition. 0 out of 5 stars if possible.
