Carrie came to our house on a Saturday, to fit with our busy schedule. She was very thorough in her inspection, and in fact spent almost an hour looking over our crawl space. She then took the time to sit down with us to go over what needed to be done and answered all of our questions. Once we signed the agreement (which was reasonably priced), Cody's crew was there within two weeks. His crew was very courteous, professional and did not waste anytime getting the job done. We could immediately see the improvements, most important to us was the raising of our floor in an area that was clearly sagging.

These guys are miracle workers. Alex, the foreman, and Dylan, the installer, were both absolute professionals, got the job done in time, and saved my basement. Bill worked very hard to get us financing and an affordable monthly payment. If your basement needs work, call these guys first.

I was going to try this place, but noticed a routine in their handling bad reviews that made me instantly regret asking for a free inspection (though I desperately need one) the photos speak for themselves. I hope they are doing great work these days that isnt shady, and that the work done is better than what I see here. But for me, I cant get behind a company that wont ACTUALLY make things right, and would rather just act like they dont know you or your case. Especially when youre dropping TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars for jobs that are left undone or messy, the least they could do is make it right. I wouldve hoped they turned over a new leaf so to speak by the other five star reviews here with clearly happy customers, and Im absolutely sure not every case has poor results, but when I saw that theyre still responding with the EXACT SAME response to someone who actually has work done poorly (as early as 2 months ago) and the response is the same. Saddened by this.

Brandon Griffith of Basement Authority was my rep throughout the three projects handled for my house: 1) Piering of the foundation, 2) two drain trenches, 3) poly renew to lift and stabilize the concrete pad in my garage. Brandon is the gold standard when it comes to follow through on a project. For him, the project did not end with the assessment and sale. He was and still is an incredibly constructive attentive support. Before the project began, he answered all of my many questions thoroughly leaving no details out. I knew I could trust his judgement. He was patient at every turn. He deserves all the kudos he receives from the company and their customers. I would like to thank and recommend all the men on the job for going above and beyond. Alex (Josue Meija) Forman, headed up the first 2 projects. He was quiet, calm, consulted me on everything, and is a critical thinker always problem solving when needed. He kept me in the loop and even took videos of the piering process and sent them to me as I was at work. He also waited to do the last pier until I got home so I could see the process in person. Denis Melendez, his Co-Forman, was by his side every minute of the project consulting with him and working hard. Both of them worked tirelessly with smiles on their faces. Joe Bruce and Preston Harless assisted on days when 2 men just werent enough and did a wonderful job. The last day Patrick Ware and Dylan Snodgrass handled the poly renew in the garage. They went above and beyond! Also present was Hunter Manchus. Finally, another big thanks to Brandon, Alex and Denis who handled the lions share of the work and decision-making.

Today Richard Williams and Trenton Speaks took all my worries away. They are the two contractors that took care of my home. I have dealt with many contractors from commercial jobs to small jobs around my home. Never have I experienced the professionalism they extended during this transaction. They worked very hard to make sure all of my problems were fixed. The job was finished beautifully and in a timely manner. Their communication during the process was clear to my understanding. The home office management was a little difficult to communicate with and set things up but overall Im very happy with the job well done. I would recommend Richard and Trenton to anyone in the future. If I have any needs in the future I will definitely request Richard and Trenton to return.
