Alfredos of Summersville

This happened to my aunt today, if the staff was concerned they should have pulled camera before accusing a 7yr old of anything!!!!!!! Will not longer eat from this restaurant!!!!!!!! At Alfrados in Summersville WV Listen Yall if your looking for a good meal dont go to Summersville Alfredos Family Resturant if you have children. That was my favorite but i will never walk through their door again. I went there with my daughter and 7 year old grandson, when i went to pay the little girl working said can i ask you a question. I said sure what is it she said would the kid with you have taken the tip off of the table . I said NO he would never take money that didnt belong to him but i called him over and asked he said no she went on to say well i saw it on the table and then it was gone. The lady from that table said her husband left 6 ones . So i told the manager to pull up the cameras and let us watch. So he did and my grandson was proven he did not take the money!!!!!! The same guy who put the tip on table also picked it up before leaving the resturant. Manager went and told her to come and tell the child she was sorry, she stated she didnt want to come back out there he told her she had to she was in the wrong. She couldnt even tell Him she was sorry for laughing. So heartbreaking for my grandson and Me and Mom they offered him any dessert there to take home. You know what he told them no thank you i just want to leave. Shame on her and the couple who lied about leaving the tip.

I expected better than I got. Everything was okay and the staff were friendly. The food just lacked that extra pop of flavor. It wasn't bad, but there was nothing special enough to make me go back.

Excellent food, great service. Definitely worth revisiting in the future.
