Thanks to Steve and all his real estate skills we were able to find our dream cottage! He helped us from the very beginning; defining what we genuinely wanted, refining our negotiating, and all the through to the final signing. There was never a question left unanswered, or any remaining confusion about any process. We honestly felt like his only clients, he responded so quickly. Steve helped us find our first home. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I didn't know much about buying a house but he helped so much and guided us through it.
