        I brought a Hypertherm plasma cutter in for repair over a year ago. During this time I contacted them several times to get a status update. They didn't return my calls each time I contacted them. Finally someone told me they couldn't fix it. When I went to pick it up they still charged me $130.00. They're extremely incompetent and lack any customer support.
