Bad customer service and never return calls bought to service box an they dont stand behind the product and problems with them all around just not happy

Very good people, totally awesome even though the trailer i wanted didn't work out, they refunded me the hold money, no problem. I have no doubt Ill be buying from them in the future. "Edit" yeah they where great till they never supplied the harnesses that where required to mount the bed!! Straight redicculous to sell a truck bed without the nesssesary components to install it (and I used the proper company to install it so thats not the issue) its the fact that they sell you half the product you need and short ya the most important parts to complete the project!!! I recently purchased a utility trailer from Badger Trailer and Power. The H&M aluminum trailer was a special order. Though it was a special order they went out of their way to get a previously ordered unit modified saving me months of additional waiting. Good people to deal with.
