If I could give zero stars, I would. From start to finish, what a terrible experience working with this store. Got a notification that my order had arrived at the store and parked for curbside pickup. I called, gave my order #/curbside pickup location and the associate said it would be a couple of minutes. I was the only car parked in curbside at this time. Three other cars pulled up after, all of them getting their orders before me. 20 minutes had gone by and I called back again thinking they had forget about me. They said it would be a couple more minutes. 15 minutes later I finally had "part" of my order. A few pieces of subway tile came broken and they were necessary to finish the project. Home depot said that they would have to reorder the pieces, which they did. Now, a week later, I get a notification through email and text letting me know that the additional tiles had come in. Just to make sure I wasn't driving an hour for nothing, I called and talked to a curbside associate to confirm that they were there. She confirmed that they should be here if you want to come in and pick them up. Pull into curbside, call, and 20 minutes later, need to call again as other orders were being brought out to cars that had pulled in after me. I am told that the tiles are actually not there and that there is nothing they can do for me. I ask to talk to the manager and am still waiting for a response. Do not waste your time or money at this, or any Home Depot store. Absolutely terrible in every aspect of doing business. I hope this review saves others from going through the experience that I currently am. Update: 4/30/20 - The store did end up getting the rest of my order and crediting me some of my order back. However, project was delayed by a week and still isn't complete because of these issues.

Was looking for a specific piece of power equipment and I asked 3 employees where to find it. The first two pointed down the way and said an isle number. Then I met Ryan who walked me right there and went and got me a flat cart. What a great employee!!!
