Owens Masonry and Full Chimney Services LLC

Had 3 window lintels replaced back in April of this year. The prices were great and they were the only contractors that werent a month behind. Fast forward about 6 months and now two of the windows are leaking. Had 3 different siding/masonry contractors come out and all 3 pointed out the incorrect slope of the bricks on two of the windows. The center of the brick ledge bows upward and the drip edge slopes toward the house instead of away. One used an inspection camera to verify the window frame and foundation walls are not interfering. At this point they are suggesting removing the bricks and once again replacing the top row at the correct angle. The third window still looks great and doesnt appear to leak at all. They also completely rebuilt a small wall next to the garage and that still looks good too. They did come out after the repair to somewhat correct the angle but it still wasnt enough. Rather disappointed in the longevity of the repair and the fact that it will have to be replaced once again Services: Masonry repair & maintenance, Brick & block work

Needed tuckpointing and chimney repair as well as fireplace work. This team was not only good, they were so friendly and knowledgeable too!! They were on time and cleaned up the job site when finished. I had them back again to re-vent my hot water heater and had the same great experience. Nick and his team did an amazing job building the support and all the stone work for the pergula. They also secured the pergula and made sure everything was level and perfect. They were always on time and efficient! I will be using them for my next project.

As it turned out, our recently purchased home needed some chimney and firebox work prior to the installation of a gas insert. Nick and his team were timely, very responsive, and very quick in their estimates. He took the time to explain what did and what did not need to be done, and even consulted with our fireplace installer to ensure everything was consistent. Great work at a great price. They did a fantastic job, clearly had fun while they were working, and were very professional in their efforts. We even had them remove an extra front door the home came with; they framed the opening, sealed it, and matched the stone exterior almost exactly - unless visitors know there was a door there they just comment on how well the fascia looks. Again, great work for a fair price! Thanks guys!
