Pomp's Tire Service

Im pretty disappointed with this Pomps. I had a flat tire. I called and was able to get in the same day. I was told I could get an oil change, my tire fixed and tires rotated. We arrived at our appointment on time. We left to do a little shopping. When we came back our car was ready. They said they had to fix the seal of the tire and they had rotated tires and they didnt find any holes. I was charged $25 for the tire fix. Which I didnt think was too bad. We did have to drive 1 hour to get to this location. When we looked at the tire we saw they werent rotated. The reason we know this is because the tire that was flat had mud on it and the others were basically clean. The next morning we got up the tire was flat. I ended up taking the tire itself to another tire business. They said that there was a hole in it. They fixed the tire and charged me $0.This is Im sure because that is where we bought our tires from. Now Im wondering if they even changed the oil. I normally dont write reviews, but Im pretty disappointed because I heard good things about this place.

I had a repair done to my Dually truck and they had to stay over extended hours to complete the work. I was very appreciative of that. Ive been using pumps tire for approximately four years, and they stand behind all of their work and I would recommend them.
