        Would NOT recommend! We asked James to quote a garage for us. He came out to get specifics and start working on a quote saying how he treated his customers like family. James wasted our time and delayed our project 3 additional weeks. He set two separate deadlines to give us quotes and never meet them. He didnt keep in contact and we had to reach out every time for an update when deadlines were missed. Service was awful. He gave us ball park numbers and then wasted another week of our time saying he would have an itemized quote. Instead we had to follow up with him again missing the deadline and he just gave us another ballpark number that was now from the high end of his prior ballpark number $50,000 more than the week prior! He ignored our emails and never worked to put anything together. Do not use him! Doesnt do what he says hes going to do!

      Sorry you feel this way. The extra amenities that you requested is what made the job more expensive. A metal building is cheaper than a wood frame because there's less materials involved. You wanted drainage for a washout, a loft and heat and air conditioning. All those amenities require me to take on added costs that I had to add to the original metal building estimate. . I was trying to find a route to cut cost but I wasn't given sufficient time. Good luck on your project.
