Charlie went out of his way to provide us with amd abundance of houses in our price range, which he respected the entire time, and went out of his way to show us everything we were interested in viewing! I would 100% recommend Charlie as a realtor for anyone looking for a house! Not only did he ease the stress in searching for a home with his knowledgeable expertise, he made it fun and we had lots of laughs along the way!

Charlie is a very knowledgeable real estate agent. We never felt pressured into buying a house. If something wasnt a good deal, we felt he was straightforward with us. I truly believe he lives up to his slogan: A Realtor Who is Real. Hes also a humorous and down to earth man who is dependable, trustworthy, and hardworking. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy any type of property!

Charlie listed vacant land for our family and did an excellent job of explaining the process. His follow up with us and the buyers was timely but never pushy. He was wonderful to work with and we will definitely use him in the future! He is a stand up guy!!
