The parking situation was very limited and difficult. Management was bad until Corrianne. The unit was nice but worth the downfalls.

Neglectful property maintenance and non responsive management, over priced for cheaply updated units, also if you enjoy having your car broken into in the surrounding area, this is the place for you Example if rotten eggs in lobby that were there for over a week

Well since I cant get anybody to answer their phones or work order I figure aleast someone is replying to the reviews cause this is ridiculous that we cant keep a building manager on siteI submitted work order like 30 days ago and now I have a emergency work order I have water coming from the ceiling this something that happened last year and I was told it was not a issue and now Im getting stuff destroy by water I really want to leave this place and I would not recommend this place

I been staying at maxwell lofts over a year and its definitely a nice and peaceful place its been wonderful also corrianne is a wonderful and understanding person as well overall a great living environment

This is a very peaceful living community. The residents here are friendly and are not disruptive. I have been here for over a year and I absolutely love my unit. Corrianne is an amazing property manager! She's very receptive to the needs of tenants and does whatever she can to work with you. This eliminates a lot of anxiety for me as I have had some horrible property managers in the past. She does a great job communicating changes and providing updates regarding the property. Additionally, I love the neighborhood. It is very convenient to get anywhere I need to go. There are a ton of restaurants, the lake and Summerfest grounds are within walking distance, and it's near every major bus route not to mention the freeway. I'm very happy here. :-)
