If I could rate lower than 1 I would. I was part of a bad relationship. A year after I left the person the bank informed me that I was on an account that I was unaware of. I made arrangements to pay the money that was owed to save my credit. I recently moved out of state and tried to open an account and needed then to provide a statement that the money was paid and I was released from the account, like we had agreed to. But they have been nothing but difficult to work with. I still have all of the correspondence agreeing to payments and that once satisfied they would remove me from the account. After multiple calls from myself and my new bank we have nothing. The new bank doesn't even understand why they are being so difficult. I've

Yeah don't bank here unless you want to get charged massive fees and charges to your account regularly. They charged my credit card payment 2 twice and then charged me several times withoverdraft fees for being overwithdrawn when it was their mistake in the first place. They can build the nicest building ever, but it doesn't hide their bad company policies and underlying issues. SCUMBAGS
