        This is my first review ever! I really like the quality of the cabinets, however, Mike is anything but easy to work with. He won't even care to listen to what you have to say, he just wont try to resolve the issue at hand, let alone admit mistakes that he made. He expects you to know his way of doing things and not question anything. His word also means nothing.

        I was not a direct customer, but was hired to install cabinets and molding. Measurements were off for cabinets, vanities and half of the of the crown molding was missing. Mike was the one that measured everything and got half of it wrong, and would not try to make things right. He would just argue and try to cover himself. The product was great, but I would suggest reaching out directly to the source instead going through these people. A little kid couldve taken better measurements than Mike. Very unprofessional

      Joka as always we appreciate your business, and never want to leave a customer unhappy. You are correct that we did make a mistake on your vanities we missed making a change after you finalized your order, but we did have those vanities remade at our cost, and had this done in a timely manner. You also had an issue with your pantry cabinet tipping up in the bathroom which after looking into the situation it was determined that your contractor put tile down after the measurements were taken for the cabinets, which changed your floor to ceiling height without our knowledge. We went out of our way to explain how you could still tip them up and correct your situation, so you wouldn't need to pay to have that cabinet remade. Most recently you reached out 7 months after your cabinets were delivered to say you didn't have enough crown mold to go around the entire room and we explained that the crown was only supplied to go around the cabinets, and if you had wanted it to go around the room we would have needed to know that and each wall of the room would have had to be measure. Your purchase agreement showed that you were only charged for the crown to go around the cabinets. We offered to supply more crown at your cost, and you declined. We wish you the best with your project.

      Milos, I am aware that you were Joka's installer as we did have conversation with you. We would like to make it clear that any issues with this job that were our mistakes were quickly corrected. We are human and from time to time mistakes can happen, but we are always willing to work with the customer to correct them. When you refer to measurements being off I believe you are referring to the fact that you were struggling to tip up then panty cabinets. It was determined that the reason this measurement was off was because you as the contractor put tile flooring in after the cabinet measurements were take, changing the floor to ceiling measurement. As an installer you should know how important it is that those types of measurements cannot change after final cabinet measurements are made. We did go out of our way to explain how you could still get those cabinets to tip up, something most installers would know themselves. You also mention that your customer did not receive enough molding, this is false information. The customer was only supplied and charged for molding to go around the cabinetry. They were offered to purchase more to finish off the room and declined. We never like to see scenarios like this and truly go out of our way to assist our customers in whatever way possible, but with out good communication that is nearly impossible on our end.
