        The short term lease is convenient, but the building itself is very low quality with a lot of not so friendly out-of-towners. Not even a garbage chute.

        Urban, loft-like vibe with 11 ft ceilings makes apartments feel spacious. New courtyard in progress which will provide green open space to enjoy. Great location in close proximity to UWSP, downtown Point, and the Riverfront Trail
